വിജയി അല്ലാത്തവനെയും വ്യത്യസ്തയായവളെയും തള്ളുന്ന സംസ്കാരം (ഒരു തരം cancel culture) യുവാക്കളിൽ ഉയർത്തുന്ന ചോദ്യങ്ങളാണ്, എനിക്ക് നിങ്ങളെ വിശ്വസിക്കാമോ? ഞാൻ സുരക്ഷിതമാണോ? എന്നുള്ളത്. എന്താണ് സത്യം എന്നത് ഈ സത്യാ നന്തര കാലത്തെ പ്രധാന വിലാപങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. സഭക്ക്, വെറും ചാപല്യങ്ങൾ എന്ന് കരുതി ഈ ചോദ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുഖം തിരിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല.

തൊഴിൽ മനുഷ്യാന്തസ്സിന്റെയും ദൈവിക ഉദ്ദേശ്യത്തിന്റെയും പ്രതിഫലനമാണ്. നമ്മുടെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള തൊഴിൽ മേഖലയിലെ യാഥാർഥ്യങ്ങളെ ദൈവം കാണുന്നതുപോലെ കാണുക, പലപ്പോഴും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെടാതെ പോകുന്ന നിലവിളികൾ ദൈവം കേൾക്കു ന്നതുപോലെ കേൾക്കുക, നീതിയോടും കരുണയോടും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തോടും കൂടി ദൈവം ഇടപെടുന്നതുപോലെ ഇടപെടുക.
